Features

Everything the credit committee needs

One place for the appraisal, the decision, the paperwork, and the evidence that the policy works.

The 5 Cs with your parameters

Character, Capacity, Capital, Conditions and Collateral scored with your weights, bands and knockouts. Every version is kept, so a past decision keeps the scorecard it was made with.

Decision memos with proof

Each decision produces a PDF memo with a short code and checksum that anyone can verify without an account.

Back-test your policy

Import repayment outcomes and see defaults by band, score distribution and portfolio at risk. Evidence for calibrating your scorecard.

One workspace per institution

Each SACCO or MFI has its own roles, branches, products, currency and language. Data never mixes between institutions.

Built for the counter

Installable on phone or desktop with an offline fallback, plus CSV and Excel imports for members, exposures, savings and outcomes.

Audit-ready by default

A tamper-evident activity chain, encrypted identity numbers, and evidence waivers recorded with reasons.

Inside the workspace

See it before you sign in

Every screen below is the real product running on demo data: an appraisal with its evidence table, and the 5Cs wizard an officer fills at the counter.

The framework

A scorecard, not a black box

The default framework comes from the 5Cs workbook used by SACCOs and MFIs, with the weights fixed per dimension. Twenty nine criteria and ten knockouts are seeded, and every institution can tune them from there.

Know what your portfolio is doing

Know what your portfolio is doing

The dashboard answers the questions a committee actually asks: how many applications were approved, what is at risk, and how each score band has performed once loans are repaid.

From member to decision in three steps

  1. 1

    Register the member

Identity, KYC, CRB, exposures and savings. Or import the existing register in one file.

  2. 2

    Appraise

A guided 5 Cs wizard computes the ratios, applies your knockouts, and shows the decision band live.

  3. 3

    Decide and track

Review, recommend and decide with a recorded history. Disburse and import outcomes to measure the policy.

Questions committees ask

Can we keep using our own weights and knockouts?

Yes. Each institution tunes weights, bands and knockout rules in the scorecard studio, with validation before activation. Existing score runs keep the version they were scored with.

What happens if a scorecard is changed later?

Every version is stored. Past decisions and memos point at the exact version used, so an auditor can always reconstruct how a score was reached.

Do we need internet at the counter?

The workspace installs as an app and keeps working during short outages. Data entry syncs when the connection returns, and documents upload when online.

Who can see our data?

Only your institution. Each SACCO has its own workspace, roles and records. Platform operators manage access and availability, not your credit decisions.
